Introduction:

Psalm Bird, born as Daijha Yates, is a phenomenal woman of God. With a gentle and meek spirit to go along with her powerful and anointed voice, she has a gifting at ushering the Holy Spirit’s presence in. Her passions for children and glorifying God with her singing are parallel to her calling  to worship!

Vision:

To bring all glory to God through obedience to His Word. By doing this Psalm Bird allows God to use her to lead souls out of darkness and into a dynamic relationship with Jesus Christ.  To also, make anointed, bondage breaking music that  promotes holiness and intimacy with Jesus Christ. To glorify God, edify the believers and reconcile the lost! This ministry has expanded across the U.S. and will reach and save souls internationally.

Testimony:

Though raised in Richmond, one of the worst areas in California, Gods grace through Daijha’s upbringing kept her from experiencing a horror story. Singing her first solo at the age of 4 and beginning her music ministry career at 12 years of age, Daijha spent much of her adolescence in the church and around the things of God. Her and her younger brother, PJ Yates, made up the phenomenal group C.O.G. (Child of God) traveling throughout the United States ministering Gods love to children.

At the age of 16 Daijha answered her calling as a worship leader at her home church Liberty Christian Center in Fairfield, CA. Since then God has cultivated her to become and outstanding daughter and woman of God, wife and worship leader who is commited to the will of God!

History:

Year-to-date, she has ministered at over 170 different venues (Churches, Party’s, High Schools, Colleges , Talent shows, and Conferences) and on many occasions she has returned to minister multiple times. Has won “Star Search”, “Apollo” and “Live at Hollywood”. Sang the national anthem at the U.S. Open for Serena Williams. She is currently a worship leader at Liberty Christian Center. Though great accomplishments, Psalm Bird’s focus remains the same, “Glorify God!”
